“I discovered Nadia’s online barre classes in 2020 during lockdown and the sessions quickly became the highlight of my week.  Nadia clearly loves teaching, and her energy and teaching technique is very motivating.  Her routines are easy to follow and low impact, so I was toning up without putting a strain on my joints as I have had lower back and shoulder surgery in the past. Each session gives a total body workout without being tiring and I always feel so relaxed and stretched afterwards. I will always join a session when I am free.
